Pro Se Uncontested Divorce
With this legal service, all of the work
will be completed by an attorney. I do not use any paralegals or other
assistants to help with the divorces. Also, I do not run your data
through a computer program to spit out your documents. Instead, I
personally type out your legal forms so to ensure they are correct and
customized to fit your needs.
This legal service does not include mere paperwork as most flat rate packages do. It includes:
- The option of having our law firm file all paperwork or you filing it on your own (with full instructions),
- detailed written instructions that are customized for your county,
- all required customized and complete paperwork, ready to file, and
- full support by Texas licensed attorney.
Only
one hearing is required during your divorce. It will occur in about
two months after you file the divorce, is very simple and we provide
100% support to eliminate the unknowns and intimidation. (Note that we
do not attend the hearing with you, but give you complete
instructions.) You and your spouse will need to come to agreement on
any disputed issues before you finalize the divorce. Please note that
my service does not include negotiations or mediation work. Those
service are available if needed however.
The price is $199 + tax if you do not have children and $299 if you
do. The payment can be made online and is due when you get started.
If
you cannot afford the court costs when you file the divorce, then you
do not have to pay them; otherwise there is a filing fee of around $250
- $300 due when you file.
