Donald C. Nemec

Mr. Nemec has three yeas experience as an attorney, three years of legal training in law school, and extensive experience in the business world. While operating a law firm for three years, Mr. Nemec began changing his focus from representating clients in full to assisting pro se (self-represented) litigants with document preparation and procedural guidance. In February 2011, Mr. Nemec officially moved back into the business world and closed his full representation law practice. This is when Nemec Pro Se Legal Services was born, offering assistance for self-represented litigants at a cost they can afford.
Mr. Nemec has served as a director for a Fortune 20 corporation and has hands-on experience in small business start-up, management, consultation, and reorganization. His law firm focused on a variety of legal services, with most focus in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, consumer law, wills, trusts, and estate planning, real estate matters, and business formation.
Mr. Nemec holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration management degree from the University of North Texas and a Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. While studying at Texas Wesleyan Law School, Mr. Nemec was named to the dean's list for two semesters and participated in the Phi Delta Phi honors legal fraternity.
