Mr. Nemec has extensive experience in the business world.  He has served as a director for a Fortune 20 corporation and has hands-on experience in small business start-up, management, consultation, and reorganization.
 
Mr. Nemec holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration management degree from the University of North Texas and a Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.  While studying at Wesleyan Law School, Mr. Nemec was named to the dean's list for two semesters and participated in the Phi Delta Phi honors legal fraternity.  
 
Mr. Nemec believes in giving back to the community and has served as a volunteer at Fort Worth's Legal Aid of Northwest Texas as well as Arlington's Foundation Communities Tax Clinic.
